Why doesn't Listed send messages on my behalf?

Because your clients should hear from you, not us. Every share opens your device's native app — Messages, Mail, Instagram, etc. The send originates from your phone number, your address book, your account. We never own your audience.

What's the AI "bring your own key" thing?

Listed runs unlimited AI features (CMA narratives, daily briefings, content suggestions) — but the token cost is yours, billed by your provider, at your provider's price. We don't mark it up. Connect a Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini key under Connect Apps.

Where is my data stored?

Supabase Postgres in us-east. Row-level security gates every read and write to the row's owner. Document files live in Supabase Storage with the same gating. Export or delete at any time.

Does Listed work on my phone?

Yes. Native iOS and Android apps built with Capacitor, same feature set as web. Push notifications for new leads, showings, and signed documents.

How do I import contacts I already have?

For now: paste a CSV in CRM → Import (coming Q2). For high-priority migrations, email hi@rebeldisciple.pro and we'll move you over manually within 24h.

Can my team share a workspace?

Single-agent for now. Team plans land in Phase 2. If you need a team plan today, talk to us — we can set up parallel workspaces with a shared template library.

Cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in Billing. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are 14-day trial-only.
