The product
Listed is software for licensed real estate agents to manage contacts, properties, CMAs, deals, templates, marketing, and documents. It is not a brokerage, an MLS, or an appraisal service.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain an active real estate license in your operating state.
- Comply with MLS rules in any jurisdiction where you list properties.
- Verify CMA outputs before delivering them. AI-generated content is a starting point, not a final report.
- Honor your clients' opt-outs and privacy expectations.
Billing
$79/month billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. Cancel any time — your access continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds within the 14-day trial window only.
Acceptable use
Don't use Listed to send spam, harass anyone, or violate fair housing law. If we discover misuse we may suspend service immediately while we investigate.

Listed is provided as-is. We make no warranty that valuations, comp scores, or AI narratives are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. CMA outputs are opinion-of-value documents, not formal appraisals.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid Listed in the 12 months preceding the claim.
